Got a reply to an email to Robert this morning. He tells me that he has
had a series of heart attacks but he is now back home in his flat.

He said that he has been unable to get on to usenet after his long
absence because when he tries to tick the 'are you a robot' thing
nothing happens.

Anyway, I was very pleased to hear from him and thought I'd pass the
news on.

Sorry to hear that.

I'd probably try using a different browser, or deleting any cookies from
the site in question. Did he say what site he was using?

Thanks for the update. That solves that mystery.

Robert sent me this message this morning and asked me to post it here:

'I have been shuttling between Barts, UCHR and the Royal London
hospital from much of the past year as an in patient following heart
attacks, low blood pressure and falls.

I have not been able to post to all the usual places because I cannot
get past the "are you a robot" signs .'

Another technological breakthrough.
