I racked my brains for a bit, then gave up and looked it up, which is
just as well, as I wouldn't have got it in a month of Sundays without
more clues. If you'd given the date, his nationality and his bowling
style, I think I would still have struggled, even though he played a
decent number of Tests.

Former surrey player Pragyan Ohja. Soon after that test his action was
deemed 'suspicious'. Plus Jadega came along who was much better.

Even though I'm a Surrey supporter, if David struggled then I had no
chance. ISTR he only played a handful of games for Surrey.
